We want you to feel confident with any and all of your Home of Alita purchases. If you are not 100% satisfied with your item(s) please get in contact with us immediately and we will find a solution for you. 

 

Items purchased are eligible for return or exchange within 15 days of the delivery date.

Sale Items are final sale.

We can not guarantee the style, colour, or size you'd like to exchange at the time of your return, but if you email us prior to returning your item we would be happy to check our inventory and put the item aside if availability permits. 

We reserve the right to decline the issuance of a refund based on the condition of the item returned or if the time has exceeded the 15 day window.

Items being returned or exchanged must be received back to Home of Alita in their original condition: Free of scent/perfume or stains, unworn & unwashed, and with all original tags still attached. 

Please include your package receipt with your return/exchange.

All return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer and are non-refundable. We suggest to purchase shipping insurance or acquire a tracking number as Home of Alita is not responsible for lost items in transit. 

In the unfortunate circumstance that you receive an item that is damaged we ask that you please report this to us at support@homeofalita.com within 3 days of the delivery date. For a faster process please include attached photos of damage in the email. 

Once your return/exchange is received and we ensure that it is in its original state we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether or not your return is approved for the full amount of the purchased item. 

Your refund will be processed in the original amount that it cost when it was purchased.
